Emotional Freedom Techniques
Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT, is an empowering tool that lets you tap your way to well-being. By tapping on acupressure points on your face, hands, and body, you can address emotional and physical challenges like anxiety, pain and overwhelm.

"I'm Sally Peacock, an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) practitioner based in Guernsey. I am passionate about sharing this gentle yet powerful tool for helping you take control of your own emotions and living the life you want.
It can be used in real life stressful moments by yourself, in personal one to one sessions, or group sessions.
EFT can support you with any presenting issue, emotion, thought, behaviour, fear - whether it be in the past, present or future. ​​

Common targeted areas are: stress, anxiety, depression, pain, addictions and phobias.

​Sessions can be from Bright Beginnings Centre, in your home, online or workplace. With offerings of individual sessions, family sessions, workplace workshops and groups, school workshops and sessions for both staff and pupils.
