About Sally

Sally is an Emotional Freedom Techniques practitioner with a passion for bringing practical emotional wellbeing tools to all. Her approach combines compassion, professional standards, and current research.

Although EFT stands alone as a powerful tool for emotional regulation and wellbeing, Sally also brings 17 years' of experience as a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist (BSc), working with children aged 0–18 across a wide range of developmental presentations, allowing a deep insight into communication, emotional development and the power of clear, compassionate support. With her foundation in Health Sciences and Complementary Medicine (BSc) and training in hypnosis, aromatherapy and therapeutic massage, Sally uses an informed holistic approach.
